Description of Thick As Thieves:
Of late there has been a significant increase in crime throughout the
realm of Avros. Lord Telleri is concerned that a number of the problems
that have cropped up in Templeton will find their way to Tellerium and he
wants to be sure that the local forces are prepared to deal with any
problems. For this reason, he has decided to send several adventurers to
Templeton to train with the guards there and learn how to deal with the
criminal element. After completing this training, you should return to
Tellerium and look over the city's facilities and plans for dealing with
criminals. Your efforts on behalf of the realm will be well rewarded!

Thick As Thieves consists of:
Phase 1: Defeat

Avros Federal Court.
This room is located in the Templeton Courthouse off the southern part of Market Square in Templeton. —

A seedy barfly.
In Knaves Tavern on the west side of Tellerium he can be led off as well check by the north gate and by the fountain the anti magic stops him from crossing those rooms. —

This room can be found off of the southern end of Draper Street in Tellerium. —
