This quest is called 'New Rigel Building Code', for Adventurers levels 10 to 60.
Description of New Rigel Building Code:
Several merchants have reported that the cities in my realm are falling down
on top of us. Several of the travelling merchants that deliver goods from
afar have been injured by falling debris and are refusing to return. It is
damaging the city's economy and something needs to be done immediately.
Please head to the far corners of the city and beyond, taking note of any
structural dangers that need to be taken care of. Make sure you report to
the court registrar before returning for your reward. May the Powers
protect and guide you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 45 quest points, 5 practice points, 25000 experience points, and 12000 gold pieces.
