This quest is called 'Gifts for a Lover', for Adventurers levels 121 to 179.
Description of Gifts for a Lover:
My son, who has been adventuring for many months, sorely misses his
fiancee. I have sent him on several important missions and he has been gone
much longer than he has expected. He has sent me a letter describing items
he wishes given to his love. He would like a few presents delivered to her
with great haste. First, find a bouquet of fresh spring flowers. Second,
get a bottle of fine wine. Third, find a tasteful piece of jewelry that can
express his love. She can usually be found in the upper class part of
Tellerium. You will be reimbursed for any purchases only the very best will
suffice. Return to me when you have completed your task and you will be
rewarded.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 33 quest points, 3 practice points, 24000 experience points, and 9000 gold pieces.
