This quest is called 'Tournament of Lances', for Adventurers levels 15 to 241.
Description of Tournament of Lances:
The annual Tournament of Lances has begun! The sounds of hard pounding
hooves and the clang of lance on shield tunhders through the city.
Combatants from all over the world have travelled to this city to show off
their skills on the battle field. Today's match features two local students
of combat. While they are young and inexperienced, they are very eager to
prove themselves. Go and visit the cavalier trainer to find out who is
competing. Give each of them a wooden lance and tell them that I am rooting
for them. Finally, go to the battle arena and watch the warriors clash!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 35 quest points, 4 practice points, 45000 experience points, and 4500 gold pieces.
