This quest [32072] is called 'Shamanic Defense',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 250.
Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry] is the master in charge of this quest.
In addition to the spell ARMOR, SHAMAN can cast SANCTUARY and
'ELEMENTAL SHIELD' on themselves. While ARMOR is the only one of
those two spells that actually increases your armor rating, SANCTUARY
will decrease the amount of physical damage you take and 'ELEMENTAL
SHIELD' will block out weak elemental based spell attacks. Once you visit
an old sage here in Xaventry and Denar in New Rigel, journey to Sigil to
practice the spells Armor and Santuary. Then travel to Mount Vesuvius and
start to make your way down to the lost city. The elemental battlemage down
there will eventually train you in 'ELEMENTAL SHIELD.'
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive:
*Up to 40 quest points, 4 practice points, 40,000 experience points,
 0 build points, 4 piety, and 4,000 gold pieces.
