This quest is called 'Priestly Travels', for Adventurers levels 60 to 250.
Description of Priestly Travels:
One of the handiest parts of being a PRIEST are all your transportation
spells. The Powers want their PRIESTS to be able to be everywhere at
once it seems. So PRIESTS have the ability to cast the spells 'MAGIC
CARPET,' 'GATE TRAVEL' and 'word of recall.' You can practice
'WORD OF RECALL' in Lowangen, 'GATE TRAVEL' in Sigil and 'MAGIC
CARPET' in Tellerium. Be careful when going to see Kessler, as he has
many enemies and sets traps for those that would attack him. Finally,
recover a scroll for 'WORD OF RECALL,' visit Echol in New Rigel and
learn about lost magic carpets and show Dennar in New Rigel your Priestly
abilities.

+++This quest requires you to cast the spell Magic Carpet in order to
complete a special phase. If you do not have access to this spell at this
time, you can turn in the incomplete quest at no penalty.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 50 quest points, 4 practice points, 45000 experience points, and 3700 gold pieces.
