This quest is called 'Carve A Pumpkin', for Adventurers levels

Description of Carve A Pumpkin:
All Spirits' Eve is upon us again. As the season grows colder daylight
shrinks. Soon, misfortune and evil spirits of trickery will descend upon my
city and its inhabitants. In years past, those that would want to be left
alone by the spirits of trickery would carve faces into pumpkins, and then
place a lit candle inside to illuminate them. I strongly urge you to carve
a pumpkin for yourself, as it is never a bad idea to have extra protection.
You can find a pumpkin in the fields outside of this city's walls, a knife
in the Palace of Diocletian, a candle in the Lonely Dragon Inn, and the
matchbook in Xaventry.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up

Phase 2: Recover
a kitchen knife.
Palace Cook in Dio. There is usually one NW N W 3N W N E from the entrance. N.B. You will be killed by bees if you enter dio without invisibility on. Probably need to be level 60+ to be able to successfully complete this phase. —

Lonely Dragon Inn. From entrance, n 2e all n up, search for hidden east. Candle pops on the ground. —
