This quest is called 'The Cleansing Paladin', for Adventurers levels 35 to 250.
Description of The Cleansing Paladin:
PALADINS are a unique blend of combat and magic. In addition to healing
spells and combat skills, Paladins can cure the body of particular ailments.
They can call upon the Powers to CURE: BLINDNESS, DISEASE and
POISON. Head to Templeton to purchase the scroll for 'CURE POISON.'
Then head to Lowangen and purchase the scroll for 'CURE BLINDNESS' from
Ifirn. Sorina can teach you how to cast both of those spells. Head to Rune
next. Under the Temple of Sumter, the scroll for 'CURE DISEASE' can be
found. Practice the spell there with Jacquard before coming back.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 55 quest points, 5 practice points, 45000 experience points, and 3700 gold pieces.
