This quest is called 'The Crafty Ranger', for Adventurers levels 40 to 250.
Description of The Crafty Ranger:
Now that you are spending more and more time in the city, you should expand
your knowledge of SNEAKING, TRACKING and some dirty tricks. You
will be encountering many adventurers in your travels, so you would be wise
to at least learn to spot them. Visit the sneakiest person in Sigil,
Kypell. He can teach you how to SNEAK around and avoid detection. He
can also teach you a bit about covering your tracks. Next, travel to
Tellerium and increase your THROWING ability with the throwing trainer
in the Rogue Guild. Finally, head to Lowangen. Not only can Friedburg
teach you hot to SNEAK around and cover your tracks, but he can show you
how to TRACK other creatures or adventurers. In addition to that,
Friedburg can teach you how to set SNARES to catch prey.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 50 quest points, 4 practice points, 45000 experience points, and 3500 gold pieces.
