This quest is called 'The Mounted Valkyrie', for Adventurers levels 25 to 250.
Description of The Mounted Valkyrie:
Valkyrie are very capable of of using their combat skills while mounted and
dismounted. In addition to weilding spears and swords, Valkyrie can easily
control a battle atop a horse with a POLEARM. Visit the Fighters Guild
to learn where you can acquire a POLEARM to train with. Once the proper
weapon is found, head to Lowangen and learn how to weild the POLEARM
from Regulon. While in Lowangen, learn what you can from the Royal Stables.
King Cronus employs the finest horse trainers to take care of his prize
winning stallions. Upon your return to Tellerium, locate our own stables
should you have need for a mount in the future.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 45 quest points, 4 practice points, 45000 experience points, and 3700 gold pieces.
