Regulon stands here in his training room ready to assist you.  He is a
man of a small frame and great agility.  His is unshaven and rather
disheveled, paying attention more to his craft than to his hygiene.  With a
huge assortment of weapons in front of him, he stands ready to train you in
the latest techniques.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
