This quest [2272] is called 'Wicked Whips',
for Adventurers levels 180 to 241.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
I have been informed that the whip has become a very popular weapon
recently and I would like to find out more about it and its use in battle.
Please could you bring me a few examples of this weapon and find several
people who are able to educate me in this matter. To recover the weapons
you are going to have to travel to Sigil, Lowangen, and Xaventry and into
the Tavern of the Boars. To find the trainers you will have to go on a
voyage to Xaventry, Rune, Lowangen and the fabled city of Atlantis. You
will be very well rewarded for your efforts
