Long Desc: The construction foreman is here giving orders.

The Construction Foreman is a big strapping fellow with strong arms and
strong legs.  He is very tall and uses that to his advantage.  He spends
much of his day giving out orders to his workers and making sure that the
buildings that they construct are made as they have been ordered.  Sometimes
they are mean-spirited only because they have to put up with a lot of
complaints from other people.  It is really hard being the boss sometimes.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
