This quest [660] is called 'City Expansion',
for Adventurers levels 90 to 150.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Since the migration of new families into our town, we are beginning to
see problems with housing. We are sorely lacking in space for these new
families. Some of them are sleeping in Inns which creates a financial
hardship for them, but the biggest problem is that many are sleeping on the
streets at night, because they cannot afford the inn. This brings with it a
great deal of risk, like being robbed of their last possessions by thieves.
We need to find and hire a construction foreman to locate an area where we
can expand. We will then need construction workers who can do the required
work. When you have all the requirements met for the building of the new
part of the town, you have to solve the problem with the thieves. Guard the
lives of the ones who are less unfortunate and kill the thieves who have no
code of honor or respect for the poor. The latest reports place these
thieves in the town of Lowangen. I am counting on you to take care of this
matter with a zealous heart.
