This quest [1681] is called 'Highway 69',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 90.
Lord Agrippa [Runic Castle] is the master in charge of this quest.
After checking on the current state of Sepharia's roads, those of us who
rule these fair lands have agreed that we will pay to fix them. A small
mining company has volunteered to complete the job. There is one small
problem though, they have little experience in road construction. So we
need you to go out to where construction and repair is taking place to
gather information and materials for them. Some promising places to check
out are Dungeon Wroth, and Lowangen as they seem to constantly be under
construction of some sort. Your assistance will be well rewarded upon your
return with news that all is faring well with the construction.
