This quest [32008] is called 'Send Them To The Ground',
for Adventurers levels 35 to 250.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Rogues have several unique abilities, and countless tools at their disposal.
Two of the more useful ones are GRAPPLING and HOOK weapons.
GRAPPLING can be used in conjuction with a grappling hook, a HOOK
weapon or your bare hands. Grappling hooks will allow you to climb rough
terrain or access difficult to reach areas. HOOK weapons will not only
allow you to Grapple your opponents to the ground, but can be used to
BACKSTAB unsuspecting victims. Visit Sarn here in New Rigel to see
about acquiring some type of HOOK weapon before heading to Regulon in
Lowangen to learn how to use it. Once you feel comfortable with your new
knowledge of HOOK weapons, travel to Templeton to practice GRAPPLING
with a rogue trainer. When finished, return to Lowangen to practice your
new skills on some of the unsuspecting population. But remember. If you
get caught, I had nothing to do with this.

*Up to 40 quest points, 5 practice points, 0 experience points,
 3 build points, 0 piety, and 3,000 gold pieces.
