Description:

The scan skill lets you see PCs, NPCs, and closed doors in nearby rooms along straight lines from the current room. The scan along a particular direction is blocked by dark rooms, closed doors, and room shield. The maximum number of rooms one may scan in a give direction is seven, with mastered scan.
