Long Desc: The bandit leader shows his gang how to fight.

This diminutive fellow is the head of one of the largest groups of
thieves in the area.  Although he lacks the size of other bandits, his
quickness and agility more than makes up for it.  He also knows how to take
advantage of people that underestimate him.
He is a hobbit approximately 3'5" tall.
