Description:
The steal skill allows a player to steal gold or other items in an NPC's or player's (CPK only) inventory. All theft attempts, successful or otherwise, cause a four second lag for the thief. Unsuccessful attempts against a mob can cause it to notice and attack. Worn items, cursed items, and items with the no-steal flag may not be stolen.
