Raspite is somewhat well known in this small town for making a profit by
selling absolute junk. He'll buy most anything cheap and sell it for twice
what he paid. He is considered somewhat disreputable, but he doesn't seem
to mind that at all, always smiling when he hears of the rumors about him.
