This quest [32001] is called 'Backstab',
for Adventurers levels 15 to 250.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
I have need of someone with stealthy skills and you seem to be the sneaky
type. Normally I do not ask my subjects to murder eachother, but there has
been a rich man that has been quite an annoyance. It seems that I am not
running the city the way he wants and he is using his money to make my job
even more difficult. I want to send a message to his followers. I want him
taken out. But I want it to look like a professional did it. You will need
to use your BACKSTAB skill. Go and visit some shops to get some
equipment, then go ask some of the town's trainers to help you practice your
BACKSTAB skill. Make no mention of your final task. I want you to stab
that rich man in the back to keep him from pestering me.

While you are a sneaky individual, make sure that the rich man can see you.
Otherwise, he might not get the warning.
