Long Desc: A bandit sells weapons and other supplies to the rogue to be.

Although this diminutive thief lacks in size and strength, you can tell
that he makes up for it in quickness and agility.  He groans slightly as the
door opens, expecting to have to clean up another mess.  However, when he
sees that you have successfully avoided the trap he grins and welcomes you.
This hobbit must be a supplier for the local band of thieves, since the hut
is filled with various weapons and other tools of the trade.
He is a hobbit approximately 3'5" tall.
