Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
I have need of someone with stealthy skills with a blade. Normally, I do
not ask my subjects to attack one another, but there has been a rich man
that has been quite an annoyance. It seems that I am not running the city
the way he wants and he has been using his money to make my job even more
difficult. He constantly funds the efforts of my political rivals. I want
to send a message to him and his followers. Visit his house here in New
Rigel and use your BACKSTAB skill to physically warn him of my mood.
Visit some of the shops around town to equip yourself before seeking out
some of the trainers here to get some assistance refining your BACKSTAB
skill. Make no mention of this task to anyone and tell the rich man that if
anyone ever finds out, I will send you back to finish the job, so make sure
that you are visible.
