NPC: A weapon salesman
Long Desc: A man has travelled great distances to sell his weapons at market.

This stout little dwarf is standing protectively in front of a large,
open crate.  As you approach, he strokes his scraggly beard and asks if you
are in need of a new way to defend yourself.  Peering inside the crate, you
discover that it is filled with a wide variety of dangerous weapons.  The
vendor winks at you, explaining that the best defense is a good offense.
He is a hill-dwarf approximately 3'5" tall.
