NPC: A knave for hire
Long Desc: A thuggish man leans against the wall, waiting for someone.

This knave looks as though he's expecting someone, but someone who's not
you, and probably much wealthier.  He probably wouldn't mind company to take
his mind off things, given how much his surroundings smell like mildew and
rotting wood, but with the impatient grimace on his face there's no
guarantee.  
He is a hobbit approximately 3'7" tall.
