Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
You crafty KNAVES have many sneaky tricks at your disposal. Using a
dagger, you can lower your opponent's armor rating by either injuring their
leg by SLITTING their TENDON, or by finding a weakness in pieces of
their ARMOR. Go and visit a knave in this town to learn where you can
increase your knowledge of these skills. Then head to Friedburg in
Lowangen, he is a renowned combatant with much to teach. After that, head
to the the Assassin Guild's headquarters in Arcane Archipelago and learn
some of their secrets. Finally, head to Rune and try out these new skills
on some of the armored people there.
