This quest is called 'Fighters Around the World', for Adventurers levels 241 to 250.
Description of Fighters Around the World:
At some point in your adventuring career you were a novice fighter. You're
an advanced combatant now and have learned much from the many other fighters
in the world. Most of the fighters around the world got their start in this
city, learning how to pick up a sword for the first time under the skilled
eyes of our many combat trainers. The rest of the fighters out there have
passed down their combat knowledge through the generations, each one adding
to it, forming a rich tapestry of martial art. Go and find out some of the
prominent fighting institutions in other parts of the globe. Find out what
you can on their techniques and where they fight eachother. I hear that
there is an arena somewhere under Rune and one on an island between Beltane
and Rune. Upon your return, check in with the headmaster at the Fighters
Guild to tell him what you have learned in your travels.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 75 quest points, 8 practice points, 0 experience points, and 75000 gold pieces.
