This quest is called 'The Helpful Psionic', for Adventurers levels 20 to 250.
Description of The Helpful Psionic:
In addition to using your mind to levitate objects, you can levitate you or
a friend. A Psionic can not only cast FLOAT on themselves or others,
but can use their mental powers to DESCRIBE objects. Go and practice
these two spells with Arianus, and then test out your new mental levitation.
Once you feel comfortable floating around, head to Pirate's Cove and
practice the spell TRANSFERENCE with Barlack. This spell will help you
transfer some of your spell power to another person in your formation.

+++This quest requires you to cast the spell float to complete a
special phase. If you do not have access to this spell at this time, you
can turn in this quest incomplete at no penalty.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 35 quest points, 3 practice points, 15000 experience points, and 1500 gold pieces.
