This quest is called 'The Agile Valkyrie', for Adventurers levels 55 to 250.
Description of The Agile Valkyrie:
Because VALKYRIE are such adept fighters, they can fight in almost any
situation. Due to this extensive combat history, VALKYRIE can
acrobatically avoid some of the larger, slower attacks. They are so quick
on their feet that they have been known to dodge two attacks in a row. This
'SECOND DEFENSE' makes a VALKYRIE a VERY tough opponent. Go and
talk to the defensive arts trainer about learning ACROBATICS and a
'SECOND DEFENSE'. Once you feel you have had enough practice, head to
Lowangen to learn how to FIGHT while BLIND from Friedburg. That old
thief knows a thing or two about fighting dirty, so he would know how to
guard against being blinded. Before returning to Tellerium, check in with
Lady Templeton and see if there is anything you can do to lend her a hand.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 4 practice points, 45000 experience points, and 2500 gold pieces.
