This quest is called 'Wizard Movement', for Adventurers levels 55 to 250.
Description of Wizard Movement:
A WIZARD has many different ways to get around other than their legs.
Visit Abominus to obtain a scroll for the spell BLINK. Then travel to
Lowangen and speak to Sorina to learn how to cast it. While learning from
Sorina, find out where you can obtain the scrolls for TELEPORT and
'PLANE TRAVEL.' After completing your inqueries on those spells, head to
Carson in Pirate's Cove and ask about where you can find the scroll for the
spell NEXUS. Finally, return here and visit Arianus. Discuss with him
all you have learned and seek any additional training if you need it.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 50 quest points, 6 practice points, 45000 experience points, and 3500 gold pieces.
