This quest is called 'Summer Funk', for Adventurers levels 140 to 241.
Description of Summer Funk:
The Powers must be cursing me!! Why else would they send such a smelly
adventurer to me? You must have been working hard in this heat, for your
stench is filling up every corner of this massive castle! Please go
upstairs and use the facilities to clean up. There is a guest room on the
second floor that you may use to change into clean clothes, and a water
closet in the hall by the library you can use to wash yourself. After you
feel refreshed, please visit a one of the lovely nurses in our hospital. I
do not want you to return to my presence until you have bathed!!
