Rune Forest]
This quest is called 'Exploring the Forest', for Adventurers levels
10 to
60.
Description of Exploring the Forest:
The other morons are off on other tasks, so we're going to have you go
out and scout the Forest. Start by visiting Rune Park, and make sure you
remember the location of the gazebo, or 'recall'. Bribe the head park
keeper while you're there; we need to ensure he keeps his mouth shut.
Scout the Desolate Isle after that, and cut down some trees in the forest to
boost our lumber supply. Finally, go into the Dark Forest and collect some
obsidian. Follow the Trail until it splits westwards, and follow that fork
to the Misty Rocks where you can set this explosive to harvest some
obsidian. Be wary though, you'll need to be quick. Such an action disturbs
the mist spirits, and we've already lost several idiot initiates to those.

Phase 5: Journey to The Heart of Desolation.

2 west of Samara (all w, 4n, all w, 4n, 8w from entrance) —

Phase 7: Cut down five trees to boost the Order's lumber supply.
walk around in verdant woodland areas and find any young trees: "A young tree of good size just about scrapes the canopy above." hold and use the vicious saw you got at the beginning of this quest. do this 5 times. —

Phase 8: Harvest obsidian from the Misty Rocks in the Dark Forest.
from entrance go all w, 4n, all w, 4n, all w, s, 2w, 2nw, 3n, 3w, 2sw, nw. Hold and use an unrelenting dynamite (should have been given one when you got this quest) 3 times until you get the phase complete. —
