Until the demons came.

That day was my wedding day. We were on the way back from the church,
happily married. They poured over the church in a tide of death and blood,
and slaughtered my wife before my eyes. She began to turn as soon as she
fell, skin blackening with undeath, so I ran, with the screams of the dying
echoing in my ears, screams I still hear. I may be a coward, but I still
live, blood and rage still flow through my veins, and once I lay my wife to
rest, I will begin to plot my revenge. If you'll help me, return to my
village and find my wife. Tear out her undead heart, or what remains of it,
so she can finally see the sun set. Clear your path back through the
corpses and demons, then return to me.

* Svalax's wife can be found in the village in the northeastern Dark
Forest. Beware the spirits that wander; simply meeting one means death.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 50 quest points, 10 practice points, 10000 experience points, and 5000 gold pieces.
