Baron Nezak [Towne of Decara] is the master in charge of this quest.
On the surface, under the disgusting, dehydrating sun lies the town of
Sigil; agents have continually insisted it remains of no strategic
importance, and should be at the bottom of the list for pillaging and
subsequent obliteration. On the contrary, the Nezak have discovered that
there is some salvation for said stagnant settlement. Deep in an abandoned
mine shaft rages a ferocious manticore, starved for blood and the limbs of
small children. Set it free, and unleash a majestic massacre upon the women
and children of Sigil. Bathe the backwater town of Sigil in blood, and
dance in the streets as the screams of the innocents pierce your ears.
