Description of Stand And Be Counted!:
Overseeing the administration of a city the size of New Rigel is a big
job and there are many tasks involved that Lord Vashir just does not have
the time to devote to so he assigns these to adventurers to oversee for him.
One such task is keeping track of the number of residents of the city so
that planning of municipal services can be effective. You should visit the
various residents of the city and get an accurate count so that Lord Vashir
can make informed decisions regarding city services.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to

2 practice points,
20000 experience points, and
2900 gold pieces.
