This quest is called 'Frost Mages', for Adventurers levels 120 to 180.
Description of Frost Mages:
News of the powerful magic being harnessed at the Frost Giant's Keep and
Templeton to the north causes me great concern. Though a stong anti-magic
field protects Tellerium, if these mages of the north become too powerful
they may decide to attempt to destroy this protection that has made
Tellerium home to warriors of all types during their training without fear
of interference by magicians and their tricks. Therefore, you are to seek
out and destroy these materials that they are using as well as the one who
is organizing this effort. You will be well rewarded if you are successful.
