Questmaster: Lord Telleri [Tellerium]
This quest is called 'Starting School', for Adventurers levels 10 to 30.
Description of Starting School:
As the mayor of Tellerium, I believe it is a good idea that the
adventurers in this town get to know where they may practice their skills.
There are a number of sites where an adventurer may hone their abilities, so
you are requested to conduct some research into where this may be carried
out. Whilst on you journey, I would also like you to meet one of your
fellow students, and to exercise some of your newly acquired skills by
defeating some of the annoying wildlife, which can be found wandering around
the town. When you have carried out these tasks, you are to report back and
inform me of your research.

to 25 quest points, 2 practice points, 10000 experience points, and 2500 gold pieces.
