Here cavaliers are taught the art of unhorsed fighting.  If a knight is
knocked from his mount or if his horse is killed in battle he is at a
serious disadvantage because of the great weight of his armor.  The walls
are covered with diagrams of alternative ways to use conventional weapons
since a horseman's armor prevents his arms from being raised normally.
