Questmaster: Lord Vendredi [Sigil]
This quest is called 'The Great Race', for Adventurers levels 10 to 30.
Description of The Great Race:
To promote civic pride, I've decided to commission a race among the
citizens. The winner will receive an item appropriate to their title of
"fastest Sigil citizen." This race will not be run all at once, as that
would be expensive and probably harmful, since many citizens would be
tramping across the streets all at once. Instead, we have decided to run
the race in time trial format. You must race a loop around Sigil's main
streets, then finish here, in my presence. Are you fast enough to win the
prize and title for yourself?
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 15 quest points, 2 practice points, 10000 experience points, and 2500 gold pieces.
