This quest is called 'Free Time!', for Adventurers levels
10 to
59.
Description of Free Time!:
Recently, I have found myself to have increasing amounts of free time.
With Taron and now Sagesse, my new advisor, helping me out a lot with all
the day-to-day tasks I must do, I do not have to do much work at all
compared to what I used to do. As you are most likely aware of, I am a keen
toy-maker and so I need you to arrange with Taron, some builders to come in
and build a work shop that I can make toys in to satisfy my rising amounts
of free time. Also, find a quiet place out of the way of the crowds of
Sigil citizens for me to build the work shop. Return to me having completed
the following tasks and you shall receive a reward well worth the effort!

In Sigil. All south of recall then down. The down is hidden, so you might have to search for it. —
