This quest is called 'Freak Week', for Adventurers levels 10 to 50.
Description of Freak Week:
It has come to my attention that I have been neglecting some of the
citizens of my town. The outcasts, oddities and often-strange citizens are
only now starting to raise their voices and be heard by society. I have
heard their complaints and agree with them. Therefore, I am declaring this
week "Freak Week", to remember these oft forgotten classes. Please journey
into town to see if this idea holds well with these people and report back
to me. If you are quick in returning to me with this information I shall
see that you are well rewarded!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 33 quest points, 2 practice points, 22000 experience points, and 5500 gold pieces.
