This quest is called 'Disgruntled Postal Worker', for Adventurers levels 10 to 40.
Description of Disgruntled Postal Worker:
The Postmaster General of Sigil has complained to me that his operation
is out of date and no longer able to handle the volume of mail that Sigil
adventurers receive daily. The Postmaster has asked me to obtain a coop of
mail carrying pigeons, as well as a larger hammer for smashing the most
important packages. He has also requested that magical methods of mail
delivery be explored, and expressed the need for a new employee.
Undoubtedly, the shops around Sigil will be able to provide him with
everything he needs to update his operation. I believe that skilled letter
carriers can be found in the castle for him to employ. I ask that you
travel to each of these locations to obtain these items and services for our
beloved Postmaster so he doesn't go crazy. After all, I prefer that MY
packages be delivered in one piece.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 12 quest points, 1 practice points, 9500 experience points, and 1200 gold pieces.
