This quest is called 'Uplifting Party', for Adventurers levels 10 to 59.
Description of Uplifting Party:
We are holding a party for the blue knights to celebrate their latest
victory, but this party will have a rather unique twist since all of the
guests will be levitating throughout the affair. All of my messengers are
busy running around the castle doing various jobs, so your task for me will
be to visit one of the blue knights and inform him of the party so he can
spread the word amongst his peers, then find Garan and ask him to provide
music for the party tonight. Then please collect a sprig of heather for the
special "Uplifting" drinks that will be served at the party. This sprig
must then be delivered to an Elven Ranger in the city so they can prepare
the drink. For your service in making this celebration a success, you will
be well rewarded indeed upon your speedy return.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 22 quest points, 2 practice points, 15000 experience points, and 5000 gold pieces.
