This quest is called 'Four Legs Are Better Than Two!', for Adventurers levels 10 to 59.
Description of Four Legs Are Better Than Two!:
Recently, Tellerium has experimented with putting guards on Castle horses
to improve the security system. These guards were able to move alot faster
then guards on foot, and overall was a huge success. In order to keep up
with the technology of other towns, we must learn from their accomplishments
and mistakes. That is why I will test out their theory right here in Sigil.
I need you to let the Captain of the Guard know of my plans before
organizing several horses up with some guards. Return to me having
completed these tasks for me and you shall receive a handsome reward! May
the Powers guide and protect you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 2 practice points, 20000 experience points, and 10000 gold pieces.

Four Legs Are Better Than Two! consists of:
Phase 1: Visit The Captain of the Sigil Guard.
In the barracks off of Constable Lane. — Vur
Phase 2: Rescue An alert city guard.
They wonder all around the streets of Sigil. — Vur
Phase 3: Visit A mighty stallion.
Found in the Stables on the west side of the Courtyard of Vendredi. — Vur
Phase 4: Rescue A crimson knight.
Located in Vendredi's castle. — Grumble
