Description of Help the Needy:
On a rare spurt of generosity, I have decided that I want to help some of
the needy folk around Sigil. I have decided to find a few jobs for these
homeless residents if only you would bring them to me. I have also decided
to start a food bank. In order to find the best prices, I want you to shop
around to compare prices. I also want you to find that merchant who travels
between cities and consult him. And if you happen to find swindlers conning
my people, kill them.
