This quest is called 'Concert in the Castle', for Adventurers levels
60 to
90.
Description of Concert in the Castle:
For a long time, I have been an appreciator of the fine arts. One of my
particular favorites is Music, and more specifically an Opera, although I do
not mind the odd Oratorio. One of the regions finest Opera singers is a
lady known as Denise. She works during the day as a Public Relations
officer in Diocletian Castle. I have tried for years and finally managed to
secure her services for a single appearance concert in the castle. She has
come up with a list of requirements if she is going to perform. I have
entrusted you with this list in the hope that you will meet all her
requirements so she can sing for us. Some of these requirements are rather
strange, but please complete them anyway, for I dare not ask her why she
requires these. May the powers guide you!

Concert in the Castle consists of:
Phase 1: Visit
Denise.
Found in Diocletian. She sits in the room one west of the entrance to the 'palace' part of the area. —

The Sigilan Harp.
On Lithium Lane, you have to search for it two south of the Intersection of South Arnica and Indigo. —

Phase 3: Recover
a steel harmonica.
The steel harmonica is bought from the music man in rune and in the sigilan harp on lithium lane —

Phase 4: Defeat
Garan.
Can be found in various locations around Sigil. He teleports around to different areas. He can commonly be found near the north and south gates, or in the tavern through one of the mirrors in Illandrama. —

Phase 5: Recover
a silverthorn plant.
Can be found either on the floor in the southwestern corner of the courtyard in Sigil castle, or in the labrynith of Acron. —
