Description of Here, Lizard Lizard Lizard...:
There have recently been reports from the citizens of Sigil that a small
dragon has been sighted near the town! Although much rarer than in the
past, these creatures are still seen from time to time living near large
cities. However, they always seem to cause trouble, feeding upon the
animals (or sometimes the people!) of the town. It will be your task to
locate the hiding place of the dragon and convince it to leave... one way
or the other. Since most sightings have been made near waterfall on the
river, a good person to consult is the Water Sprite. Although disagreeable,
she knows everything about that area, and can be found living in the river
under the Temple of Earth. Also, you should probably try to catch a fish to
use as bait for the dragon, or else you may find out that the only bait you
have is yourself!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up

Phase 1: Rescue
A water sprite.
Easiest to get to sprite through the temple of the earth in sigil. Go upstairs and to the reflecting pool to the left... the down will lead directly to the sprite. You may need sense life to 'see' it. —

Phase 2: Journey to
Going Over the Falls.
Go down at the Marble Bridge on Indigo Way the sw/w till you hit an up. The up will take you to 'going over the falls'. —

Phase 3: Rescue
A small colorful fish.
Located in the river that flows under sigil (try the down at the Marble Bridge on Indigo way - there are usually quite a few of them there). —
