Description of Tiger Attack!:
Recently, I heard the dreadful news that a child camping in the Connod
Jungle, a brief walk northwest from Sigil, was mauled by a ferocious tiger.
He was rushed to the Tellerium hospital but died that night. I want you to
travel to the Tellerium hospital and make sure it is better able to handle
the event if it was to occur again. Also, journey to Diocletian and give
the child's family my apologies. May the Powers guide and protect you!

Best location for this mob is NW of Sigil, as noted in the quest description. Can be found in almost any jungle area, however. —
