Description of Courier's Quest:
The courier who picks up messages at the house of the Mayor of Rune and
delivers them to the Mayor of Lowangen is missing. He was last seen in the
Laughing Fey and foul play is suspected. Please check out the Laughing Fey
and deal with any shady characters you may find there, then go to the Mayor
of Rune's house. Lastly, visit with the Mayor of Lowangen and see if he has
any information to share in this matter.
