Long Desc: The Mayor of Lowangen is here working away.

The Mayor of Lowangen is the leader and commander of the town.  He is a
really hard working man.  He spends hours upon hours working in his office,
sometimes through the night, taking care of business.  He has a heart of
gold and would do anything for the good of the people.  He is the fatherly
type and treats the townspeople as though they were his loving children.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
